Abstract :
Decision Support Systems or Decision Support System (DSS) is a computerized system designed to improve the effectiveness of decision-making to solve problems that are semi-structured and unstructured so that the decision-making process is done more qualified. Employees are assets that can advance the company, therefore it is necessary that both employees and competent so that the company can develop rapidly. Employees are entitled to a promotion or a raise for the hard work which he dedicated to his company. PT. RHB OSK Securities Palembang implement an evaluation system to assess the performance of the employee that made this application that helps leaders in decision-making to assess the performance of the employee This application is built based on the method TOPSIS (Technique For Order Performance By Similarity To The Ideal Solution). The methodology used in the development of this system is linear and sequential methodology using the programming language PHP and MySQL as its database. The results of this study can be used by leaders to assess the performance of the employee.
