Abstract :
This study aims to determine the effect of corporate governance mechanisms on the implementation of risk management by focusing on property, real estate, and infrastructure companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a research period of 2017-2019. The data used in this study is secondary data. The population in this study is company property, real estate and infrastructure listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling method and obtained 165 samples consisting of 55 companies. Hypothesis testing is done by multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the hypothesis in this study indicate that the mechanism of Corporate Governance as proxied by Institutional Ownership, Managerial Ownership, Proportion of Independent Commissioners does not affect the implementation of risk management. The Corporate Governance Mechanism proxied by the Public Ownership and Audit Committee has an positive and significant effect on the implementation of risk management.
