Abstract :
The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of liquidity ratio and operating capacity on financial distress by focusing on transportation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2020. The data used is secondary data. The population of this study is all transportation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2020 with the sampling method used is purposive sampling and a total sample of 112 samples is obtained. Hypothesis testing is done by logistic regression method. The results of this study indicate that the liquidity ratio has a negative effect on financial distress and operating capacity has no effect on financial distress.
