Abstract :
Backgroud : Students are part of a group of youth who are pursuing higher education.
Maha means (ter) while students (students) so in the sense that students have the
meaning of being educated. Student satisfaction in learning is of course very important,
in a learning process the lecturer as a figure of knowledge transfer to students, has the
main tasks, among others, he must be able and capable of planning, evaluating and
guiding learning activities so that students are satisfied and can understand what is
being conveyed.
Purpose : This study aims to find out, explore and analyze more deeply how students
experience satisfaction about lecturer performance in learning.
Method : This study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach.
Analysis of the data used by researchers is the analysis according to Colaizzi (1978).
The sampling used was purposive sampling with a large sample of 4 students.
Results : This study resulted in 5 themes, namely (1) punctuality in entering class; (2)
the ability to deliver material by the lecturer; (3) online learning; (4) Return of test
results, assignments with correction notes; (5) Giving value to students.
Offfer : Suggestions need to be refreshed about the importance of time discipline in the
learning process as well as re-evaluating the ability to deliver material, online learning,
returning test results, correcting note assignments, giving grades to students.
