Abstract :
The Palembang Art Museum is a place to tour as well as study in the arts. The art displayed in this museum includes traditional art and modern art. The Palembang Art Museum consists of several facilities, including a permanent exhibition room, a temporary exhibition room, a multi-purpose room, a theater, a library, a management office, and so on. The Palembang Art Museum also has several benefits, including: as a forum for education in the arts, both traditional and modern art, as a place to hold activities related to traditional and modern art. The theme applied to the design of the Palembang Art Museum is "Educational and Recreational". This theme was taken because it has a relationship with the activities carried out at the Palembang Art Museum.
