Abstract :
This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, work experience, and role ambiguity on auditor performance. The population of this study is all auditors who work at the Public Accounting Firm (KAP) in Palembang City. The type of research conducted in this study is causal associative with a quantitative approach. The results of this study indicate that work motivation has an effect on auditor performance, work experience and role ambiguity have no effect on auditor performance.
