Abstract :
Decision Support System (DSS) is a computerized system that designed to increase the effectivenessof decisision-making in order to solve the semi structured and unstructured problems so that in decision-making will be qualified. The majors determination in Arinda High School is frequently implemented for Student grade X semester 2. It is implemeted for erevry student can more focus on their talents. It really affects to student?s academic activities in individual ways. Therefore, identification to student talents and interests should be approriately implemented per majors. By doing so, it will be very needed for the system that facilitates the decision-making in providing a prompt recommendation for the students and the result can be consideration to help the students in making their decisions. This application has been made based on the method? prompthee (Preferece Ranking Organization Method for Enrichiment Evaluation)?. The methodoly that is used in this development system is FAST methodoly (Framework for Application of System Thinking) dan the programmee language are PHP and MySQL for the database. The result of this research is expected that the students can apply to indetify the approriate majors.
