Abstract :
This study aims to determine the effect of workload and job satisfaction on turnover intention employees PT. Pandawa Lima Sukses Sejahtera in Palembang. The research population is the employees of PT. Pandawa Lima Sukses Sejahtera. The sample used is all employees of PT. Pandawa Lima Sukses Sejahtera as many as 59 respondents using the saturated sampling method. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, research instrument test, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the workload variable had a positive effect on turnover intention employees PT. Pandawa Lima Sukses Sejahtera in Palembang and job satisfaction variables have a negative effect on turnover intention employees PT. Pandawa Lima Sukses Sejahtera in Palembang.
