Abstract :
This study aims to determine the effect of work on employee performance during the Covid-19 pandemic. The data used are primary and secondary data. The population in this study are employees of companies engaged in the field of car spare parts. The sampling technique used is the Nonprobability Sampling method: purposive sampling with minimum criteria of 20 years of age, and working as a car spare part sales, with a total of 100 samples. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The hypothesis is carried out by simple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that work has a positive and significant impact on employee performance.
