Abstract :
This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and communication on employee performance at CV. Berkat Mulia Aluminum (Persero). This research method uses validity test model, reliability test, descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test. The results obtained indicate that leadership and communication styles together or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at CV. Berkat Mulia Aluminum. Based on the t-test that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at CV. Berkat Mulia Aluminum. Based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination, the Adjusted R Square value of 0.889 means the relationship between the variables of Leadership Style, communication, and the dependent variable of employee performance.
