Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to determine whether work stress and morale have an influence on the performance of employees of PT. Musi Lestari Indo Makmur (Palembang Indah Mall). This research is a case study research. The subjects in this study were employees who worked at PT. Musi Lestari Indo Makmur (Palembang Indah Mall). The data collection technique in this study used an online questionnaire distributed through social media. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 26.0 software. The results of this study indicate that the variables of work stress and work spirit have an influence and simultaneously affect the performance of employees of PT. Musi Lestari Indo Makmur (Palembang Indah Mall). Kerywords: Work Stress, Work Spirit, Employees Performance
