Abstract :
This study aims to prove and analyze whether leadership style and job satisfaction
have an influence on employee performance at PT. Summit Packaging
Palembang. This research is a quantitative research by distributing online
questionnaires. The population used in this study is the department at PT. Summit
Packaging Palembang. The sample in this study were 38 respondents. The data
analysis technique used in this research is multiple regression analysis. The
results obtained in this study are the variables of Leadership Style and Job
Satisfaction have a significant influence on the Employee Performance of PT.
Summit Packaging Palembang.
