Abstract :
This study aims to determine how much influence Talent Management and
Knowledge Management has on Career Development for Generation Y employees
in Palembang. This research is a quantitative study by distributing online
questionnaires. The sample used in this study were 100 respondents. The sample
technique used in this study was purposive sampling. The data analysis technique
used in this research is multiple regression. The results obtained in this study are
that the Talent Management and Knowledge Management variables have a
significant effect on Career Development for Generation Y employees in
Palembang.
