Abstract :
Akuan Store is a store engaged in the sale of kitchen condiments, both wet and dry, which is located at Pasar 10 Ulu. The problems that often occur in these stores are over stock and loss sales. Because these problems often occur, therefore research is needed to identify over stock and loss sales to increase productivity. This study uses the EOQ method, which is carried out by ABC classification first so that it can be seen which products need supervision. Once known and then calculated using the EOQ method, safety stock, reorder point and maximum inventory. Based on the results of the study using the EOQ method, the optimum EOQ calculation for chili is 35kg/day, crackle is 46/pcs, and cap wayang sweet soy sauce is 48pcs/day. day. For the safety stock itself, 2.5 kg of chili, 6 pcs of sweet soy sauce, and 2 pcs of crackle. Then for the reorder point itself for chili products 17.5 kg, sweet soy sauce cap wayang 26 pcs and crackle 28 pcs. For maximum inventory for chili products 37.5 kg, sweet soy sauce 54 pcs and crackle 48 pcs. After the calculation is carried out, then the implementation is carried out where the results of the implementation are the productivity increased from 0.96 to 1.02.
