Abstract :
This study to determine the effect of organizational culture and leadership style on managerial performance in retail company in the city of Palembang during the Covid-19 pandemic. The period of this research is 2021. The theory used in this research is Contingency Theory. The population in this study is in retail company the city of Palembang. The sample selection uses a purposive sampling method with a total sample of 60. Data analysis technique used to test hypotheses is to use multiple regression tests to determine the effect of the organizational culture variable and leadership style on managerial performance.Based on the result of the data analysis test show that organizational culture have effect on managerial performance, and leadership style have no effect on managerial performance.
