Abstract :
This study aims to determine how much influence Job Satisfaction and Quality of work life have on Turnover Intention of Generation Z employees in the city of Palembang. This research is a qualitative research by distributing online questionnaires. The sample used in this study were 66 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used in this study was multiple regression. The results obtained in this study are that the variables of Job Satisfaction and Quality of work life have a significant negative effect on the Turnover Intention of Generation Z employees in the city of Palembang.
