Abstract :
This study aims to examine the effect of Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) on employee performance at Encar Daihatsu Palembang. The samples used in this study was mechanic employee of Encar Daihatsu Palembang with
saturated sampling method (census). The data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection using questionnaires and hypothesis testing were analyzed using Simple Linear Regression using SPSS 24 program. The results of this test states that the Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
