Abstract :
This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation and organizational culture variables on employee performance at CV.Union Motor Palembang. In this study using purposive sampling method and get a sample of 50 respondents from employees of the marketing department. Data collection techniques used in this study using interviews and questionnaires. Techniques to analyze the data using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study found that work motivation variables had a significant positive effect on employee performance, organizational culture variables had a significant positive effect on employee performance and work motivation and organizational culture variables simultaneously had a positive and significant influence on employee performance.
