Abstract :
Employee performance evaluation activities within a company or organization is an important activity that must be done in order to maintain the quality of human resources in the company or organization. Faculty and staff appraisal system that is currently performed by STT Musi still using the manual method, which uses a questionnaires that divided each semester and still using standard formulas for calculations. This method still holds many shortcomings and assessments made are subjective. One way that can be applied in providing solutions to today's problems is to apply a profile matching method for a more objective assessment. In making this DSS, using VB.Net programming language and SQLServer database programming language. The results of calculation of employee performance evaluation period from July to December 2013 by using a manual calculation is ST04 as the best employee with value 6,97 and manual calculations with the system results ST04 with value 6,9675 as the best employee.
