Abstract :
This study aims to determine the effect of Education Level and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at Tanah Mas Lake Waterpark. This research is a quantitative research by distributing questionnaires. The population used in this study were all employees at Danau Tanah Mas Waterpark. The sample in this study were 59 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results obtained in this study are the variable level of education has a significant effect on employee performance at Danau Tanah Mas Waterpark. The variable of work motivation has no effect on employee performance at Danau Tanah Mas Waterpark. The level of education and work motivation have an effect on employee performance at Danau Tanah Mas Waterpark simultaneously. Keywords: Education Level, Work Motivation, Employee Performance.
