Abstract :
This study aims to determine the effect of job embeddedness and compensation on turnover intention of PT. Global Multipack employees. This research is a case study research. The subjects in this study were employees of the production division of PT. Global Multipack. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire instrument that was distributed directly to employees. The data analysis technique used validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, and multiple linear regression test, with the help of SPSS 22 for windows software. The results of this study indicate that job embeddedness and compensation has a negative on the turnover intention of PT. Global Multipack employees.
