Abstract :
This study discussed the analysis between Ability and work experience on the Performance of coffee shop barista employees in Palembang. This research employed quantitative study by distributing online questionnaires. The population used in this study were several coffee shop barista in Palembang. The sample in this study is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the variable Ability and work experience have a significant positive effect on the Performance of the coffee shop barista employees in Palembang.
