Abstract :
This study aims to determine the effect of the performance measurement system and organizational commitment on managerial performance. Managerial performance is a management style in managing performance-oriented resources that carries out an open and sustainable communication process by creating a shared vision and a strategic and integrated approach as a driving force to achieve organizational goals. The sample size is 100 people with the sampling method used is purposive. sampling. The instrument used is a questionnaire sheet. The test used is multiple linear regression test. Performance measurement system has a positive and significant effect on managerial performance. This is because t arithmetic > t table (2.315 > 2.028) then the performance measurement system has a positive and significant effect on managerial performance. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on managerial performance. This is because t count > t table (2.381 > 2.028) then organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on performance.
