Abstract :
ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the effect of occupational safety and health on employee performance CV Sinar Mas Palembang. The sample used in this study were 38 employees who worked at CV Sinar Mas Palembang using the saturated sample method. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection using questionnaires and hypothesis testing were analyzed using regression analysis using the help of the SPSS 21 program. The results of this test indicate that occupational safety and health have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
