Abstract :
This study aims to examine whether job satisfaction has an effect on organizational commitment to frontliner employees of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk KCU Mesjid Lama. The population in this study were all frontliner employees of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk KCU Mesjid Lama, totaling 30 people. The sampling method in this study is the sampling method purposive. Data collection methods used are interview techniques and questionnaires. Hypothesis testing using simple linear regression analysis method with the help of SPSS version 26 program. The results obtained indicate that job satisfaction variables have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment to frontliner employees of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk KCU Mesjid Lama.
