Abstract :
This study focuses on the effect of work stress on employee performance in Palembang during the covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of individual work stress on employee performance in the city of Palembang. The method used is quantitative associative, data collection is carried out using primary data, based on communication between researchers and respondents. Population of the study are employees of bank in Palembang. The sample used is 50 respondents by using Purposive sampling technique. Data collection is done by using quetionnaires. The results obtained in this study indicate that the work stress variable has a positive effect on employee performance in the city of Palembang during the covid-19 pandemic.
