Abstract :
The success of organizational governance is very dependent on the extent to which information technology governance is carried out. UKMC aims to create good university governance, it is necessary to apply information technology governance. The research objective is to measure the level of maturity of information technology governance in the present UKMC Palembang and provide recommendations for developing IT governance.The first stage was conducted by interviewing the KSITK UKMC vision and mission mapping using the balanced scorecard by standardizing the COBIT process 4.1. The mapping results obtained 6 business goals, 7 IT goals, and 21 subdomains of IT processes. The second stage of data collection through questionnaires was given to structural members of UKMC. Questionnaire data passed the validity test using SPSS.20, calculations using Microsoft Excel by comparing the maturity level index. It can be concluded that information technology performance in UKMC Palembang is equipped with standardized, documented, and communicated procedures through formal training, mandated that the process must be followed by every IT user. But there are deviations from obedience to procedures that are still difficult to detect.
