Abstract :
During this exemplary employee selection is done by selecting one of the employees recommended by employees of the company. The way the election would have a lot of shortcomings, especially in terms of objectivity and the absence of measurable criteria used to determine who's a good employee. Method of AHP is one of any method which can help make an assessment of the employee. With a structure that has a level or hierarchy called, then this method is suitable for use in the selection model employee. Assessment criteria in the system is dynamic, that?s mean system will assist in determining the interest rate criterion. Based on the conclusions obtained, the system can be used to assist in the selection of model employees in the company. With the assessment criteria set tops, then the selection of employee of the month with a system that is made is not going to be subjective, but it will objective. The system of decision-making employee selection model can be built using AHP method.
