Abstract :
Palembang Green Apartment is a building that has a residential function as its main function, which aims to create a living space that has good amount of green space and can be used for many people. Palembang Green Apartment has supporting facilities such as swimming pool, gym, spa and salon, restaurant, hall, mini market, lounge, and garden that can be used by the public and residents of this building. This facility is accommodated in a single building mass with multi-storey which is divided into main functions and supporting functions which are divided by the floor area in the certain parts of the building. Palembang Green Apartment is designed as a green building with the purpose of creating energy efficient building and has a lot of vegetation in the garden and building area for providing a rainwater absorbing area and as a carbon dioxide absorber. The Palembang Green Apartment building is designed with the Natural Living theme which is embodied in a green and natural living environment that needs to be created in a place to live. This theme is embodied by the concept of the Coconut Tree which is an adaptive tree and can be found in almost every type of environment, and this building was designed with an analogy approach.
