Abstract :
This study?s purpose is to investigate the role of business strategy as a moderating variable in the relationship between intellectual capital and firm performance by focusing on the retail companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a research period between 2017-2020. Data used in this research are secondary data. This study?s population is retail companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange. The method used for sampling selection was purposive sampling and 61 samples were obtained from 20 companies. Moderated regression analysis (MRA) was used as the analytical tool for hypothesis testing in this study. The results of this research showed that business strategy is not able to strengthen the relationship between intellectual capital and firm performance.
