Abstract :
The study aims to analyze the influence of financial capability and trust level of governmental and law system to taxpayer compliance by focusing with non-employee taxpayer. The data used in this research is primary data. The population in this research consists non-employee taxpayer that listed on Tax Service Office Palembang. The method to select samples that this research used was purposive sampling method and this research got 100 samples. The test of hypothesis was done with multiples linear regression method. The result of this research showed that financial capability and trust level of governmental and law system have influence to taxpayer compliance.
