Abstract :
This study aims to examine the effect of self-efficacy and compensation on job satisfaction of Generation Z employees in Palembang City. Specifically, this study uses self-efficacy and compensation as independent variables, and employee job satisfaction as the dependent variable. The sample in this study were employees of generation z who worked in Palembang. The data used in this research is primary data using purposive sampling method in the form of questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents. This study uses SPSS 23 for windows as a data processing and testing tool in this study. The results of this study indicate that self-efficacy and compensation have a significant effect on job satisfaction of generation z employees in Palembang City.
