Abstract :
This study aims to determine and test whether the variables of product reviews, trust, and payment methods have a direct influence on purchasing decisions. The population in this study is the people of the city of Palembang, while the number of samples used is 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis to determine the direct effect of product reviews, trustworthiness, and payment methods on purchasing decisions. The results obtained from this study are product reviews, trust, and payment methods have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions.
