Abstract :
This research aims to find out the effect of the application of accounting information systems and the level of owner?s literacy on the performance of MSMEs in Palembang city. The data used is primary data. The population in this study is micro and small businesses located in Palembang city. The sampling technique used is a purposive sampling method and obtained 102 samples. Hypothesis testing is done with multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study showed that the application of accounting information systems had a positive effect on msme performance and the level of financial literacy of owner?s had no effect on msme performance.
