Abstract :
This research aims to determine the effect of financial distress to firm value. The theory used in this research is signaling theory. Population in this research is pharmaceutical and food and beverage sector companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2018-2020. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with SPSS Version 23.0 and obtain as many as 99 samples. The research has done by analysis technique in the form of simple linear regression. The result show that financial distress had no effect on firm value. Keyword: Financial Distress, firm value
