Abstract :
This study aims to examine the effect of compensation and motivation on job satisfaction of online motorcycle taxi drivers in the city of Palembang. The sample used in this study was a convenience sampling technique. The number of samples in this study was one hundred online motorcycle taxi drivers in Palembang. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing using SPSS 26 program and coefficient of determination. The results of this test state that the effect of compensation and motivation has a positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction of online motorcycle taxi drivers in the city of Palembang.
