Abstract :
This research was conducted on Culinary SMEs. The type of research used is a quantitative approach research model by collecting data in the form of numbers. The sample used is 50 respondents by distributing questionnaires or a list of statements. Hypothesis testing is done by multiple regression analysis. From the results of the F test, it shows that there is a positive and significant influence between the motivational variables on performance. In this case the form of the relationship is unidirectional (positive) which means that if the motivation variable increases, managerial performance will also increase. For the t test, there is a positive and significant effect between motivation on performance, motivation on job satisfaction and a positive and significant effect.
