Abstract :
This study aims to examine the role of job insecurity on the performance of restaurant employees. The population in this study were employees of restaurant in Palembang. The determination of the research sample by using accidental sampling method with a total of 100 respondents. The data analysis used in this study is simple linear regression analysis. Based on the t-test results in this study, it known that job insecurity had a significant positive effect on the performance of restaurant employees in Palembang during the Covid-19 pandemic.
