Abstract :
This study is a study that aims to determine the effect of reward, punishment, and workload on the performance of restaurant employees in the city of Palembang. The reason for doing this research is because of the phenomena that employee performance in the city of Palembang has decreased due to the rampant Covid-19 pandemic, this has prompted researchers to conduct this research. The sample of this research is 90 respondents, who are employees who work in the city of Palembang. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The results of this study indicate that the reward variable has no significant effect on employee performance, punishment has a positive effect on employee performance and workload has a positive effect on employee performance.
