Abstract :
This study aims to determine the effect of work and work environment on the loyalty of automotive marketers in Palembang. This research is a quantitative research by distributing online questionnaires. The population used in this study were all automotive marketing personnel in Palembang. The sample in this study were 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple regression analysis. The results obtained in this study are the variables of job satisfaction and work environment have a significant positive effect on the loyalty of automotive marketing personnel in Palembang.
