Abstract :
This study was conducted with the aim of examining the effect of quality of work life on employee performance. This research was conducted to all employees of CV Super Murah Palembang with a total of 34 respondents. In this study, data collection techniques used were distributing questionnaires and conducting interviews. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 25 program. This study meets the requirements of validity test, reliability test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test. From the regression equation, the value of R square obtained indicates that there is an influence on the quality of work life on employee performance. Based on the T test, the variable quality of work life has a significant effect. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is a positive influence between the quality of work life on employee performance at CV Super Murah. Keywords: Quality of Work Life, Employee Performance.
