Abstract :
This study aims to determine whether the work shift variable and work stress variable can affect the performance of minimarket employees in Muara Enim Regency. This research was conducted on minimarket employees in Muara Enim Regency with 67 respondents using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this research is data quality test: validity and reliability test, classical assumption test in the form of data normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test; multiple linear regression analysis test; coefficient of determination test and hypothesis testing (t test). The variables in this study used a Likert scale and were processed using SPSS 25. The results of this study prove that work shifts have a positive and significant effect on minimarkets in Muara Enim Regency and work stress has a negative and significant effect on minimarket employee performance in Muara Enim Regency.
