Abstract :
This study aims to determine how much influence work stress has on employee performance in employees in the city of Palembang. This research is quantitative research. This research is a quantitative research by distributing online questionnaires. The sample used in this study were 100 respondents. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used in this research is simple regression. The results obtained are work stress and workload partially affect the performance of employees in the city of Palembang.
