Abstract :
This study aims to prove the influence of the manufacturing sector on the implementation of the innovation strategy and to prove the effect of the innovation strategy on the sales performance of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. The data used is secondary data. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and obtained 28 companies with a total sample of 140. Hypothesis testing was carried out using one way ANOVA and simple linear regression analysis. The results show that the manufacturing sector has an effect on the implementation of innovation strategy and innovation strategy has a positive effect on sales performance.
