Abstract :
This study aims to determine the effect of readiness to change and the work environment on the performance of employees of PT. Berkat Makmur Container at Palembang. This company is engaged in container depot and warehousing services. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Berkat Makmur Container at Palembang. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling with the number of respondents is 43 people. Hypothesis testing is done by multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that self-readiness to change and the work environment have a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Berkat Makmur Container at Palembang.
