Abstract :
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of job insecurity on the performance of driver ojek online during the Covid-19 in Palembang. The population in this study were all driver ojek online in Palembang. The sample was used 100 respondents using the simple random sampling method. Primary data in this study in the form of respondents answer to questionnaire questions while secondary data in this study were obtained from books, journal, and articles related to job insecurity and performance. Data analysis techniques used in this study were data quality test in the form of validity test, reliability test; classic assumption test such as heteroscedasticity test; simple linear regression test; hypothesis test (t test), and determination coefficient test R2. The variabels in this study were measured using a likert scale and then processed using SPSS 26. The result of this study indicate that the job insecurity variabel has a positive effect on the performance variabel of driver ojek online in Palembang.
