Abstract :
This study aims to analyze the effect of time management and work stress on the performance of part-time workers who are students in the city of Palembang. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The population in this study are part-time workers who are students in the city of Palembang. Sampling used is purposive sampling method with a total sample of 100 respondents. In this study, the data collection technique used a questionnaire instrument. The analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, namely normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, and coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study indicate that time management has a positive and significant effect on the performance of part-time workers who are students in the city of Palembang and work stress has a positive and significant effect on the performance of part-time workers who are students in the city of Palembang.
