Abstract :
This study aims to determine whether the variables of competence and teamwork affect the performance of elementary school teachers in the city of Palembang. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The population in this study were all elementary school teachers who were recorded in the city of Palembang. The sample applied using purposive sampling. The sample of this research is elementary school teachers in Palembang city as many as 100 respondents obtained from 7 schools. Questionnaires were distributed online via google form. The statistical model used to test the hypothesis in this study is multiple linear analysis with the help of SPSS version 25. The results obtained show that simultaneously the variables of competence and teamwork have a significant effect on the performance of elementary school teachers in Palembang City. Partially, the competency variable has a significant effect on the performance of Elementary School teachers in Palembang City, while teamwork does not significantly affect the performance of Elementary School teachers in Palembang City.
