Abstract :
This study aims to determine the effect of cyberloafing on employee performance in Palembang. The population in this study were employees in the city of Palembang. The sample in this study was 100 respondents using purposive sampling method. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Analysis of the data used is simple regression analysis. The results obtained in this study indicate that cyberloafing has a negative and significant effect on employee performance in Palembang.
