Abstract :
This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of factors in work from home on employee performance by focusing on high school teachers in the city of Palembang. The sample used in this study were high school teachers who carried out the teaching process through online or work from home in Palembang City as many as 100 people. The data used in this study are primary data using questionnaires and interviews with high school teachers, and secondary data in this study using data on the number of schools. The results of this study indicate that the work from home variable has no significant effect on the performance of high school teachers in Palembang City.
